Dr. Stahnke has been with VFDA since 1996. His wife Cheryl is a physical education teacher and they have two lovely daughters Ashley and Alexis who plan on following their parents footsteps studying medicine and education.

Dr. Betsy Hanna has been a dentist at Village Family Dental since 2006. She joined VFD after serving in the United States Navy as a dentist for three years. While in the military, she completed a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). After her AEGD in Norfolk, VA, she was stationed in Yokosuka Japan for her final two years.  
Betsy attended the University of Iowa Dental School and graduated in 2002 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She earned a biology degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and also played on the volleyball and softball teams at UWP earning the female scholar athlete award in both 1997 and 1998. In 2013 she received an Outstanding Alumni Award from UWP. Betsy grew up on a farm near Decorah, Iowa and graduated from Decorah High School. 

Betsy is on the Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation Board and a member of Sauk Prairie Women on a Mission. Betsy lives in the Sauk Prairie area with her husband Wade and three children, Marty, Maggie and Molly.

Dr. Laura Sengbusch grew up on a farm just west of Dubuque, Iowa.  She attended the University of Iowa for her Bachelors of Science degree in which she studied physiology and spent a semester abroad in Swansea, Wales.  She continued her education at the University of Iowa for dental school and graduated with her DDS in 2010.  Her love for study abroad took her to Aarhus, Denmark in the fall of 2009 for part of her clinical experience.  Dr. Sengbusch joined Village Family Dental in the summer of 2010.  She became a partner at Village Family Dental in 2013 and is currently practicing in both the Prairie du Sac and Black Earth locations.  Dr. Sengbusch is active in a local Seattle Study Club for dentists and dental specialists.  She participates in a variety of philanthropy groups including Women on a Mission, Donated Dental Services, and Everyone 4 Veterans.

Dr. Sengbusch and her husband Evan live near Cross Plains with their two children, Byron and Hazel, and a golden retriever Raylan.  She enjoys running and spends a lot of her spare time in the summer months in her vegetable and flower gardens.  She also enjoys cooking and traveling.

Dr. Leah Rehl has been with Village Family Dental since 2011 and a partner at the Prairie du Sac clinic since 2014.  She got her undergraduate career in Kinesiology at UW-Madison and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota.  Upon graduating dental school in 2011, she moved back to the area to be near family.

In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors.  She grew up spending many summer days water skiing out on Lake Wisconsin and continues to do so with her family.  She also enjoys running, biking, traveling and reading.  Leah and her husband Kevin welcomed their daughter June Maxine on March 18, 2020 and are looking forward to parenthood.

Dr. Montesinos is originally from Verona, WI and graduated from Verona Area High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse where she received a BS in Biomedical sciences. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After graduating, she moved back to the Madison area with her husband, Andrew. Dr. Montesinos enjoys learning and keeps up with education with various continuing education courses. She is a member of the local Seattle Study club. Dr. Montesinos also received advanced training in dental implants at the Engle Institution. 

Dr. Montesinos and her husband Andrew have two children, Ryan and Kylie, and a golden retriever, Archie. In her free time, Dr. Montesinos enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring local restaurants and breweries.

Dr. Adam Childs grew up in the Mazomanie area and graduated from Wisconsin Heights High School in 2012. Following high school, Dr. Childs attended UW-Platteville where he graduated with a Biology major and Chemistry minor. He later attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and graduated with a DDS in 2020. 

Dr. Childs currently lives in the Sauk Prairie area with his wife Emily, daughter Harper and Lab Ruger. He enjoys living in rural Wisconsin and enjoys hunting, fishing, sporting events, hiking and traveling to National Parks. Dr. Childs became the newest partner at Village Family Dental January 2023.
