Initial Visit
On your first visit we will ask you for personal data and health background information. This information is designed to give us a complete picture of your present oral health.
Your first visit may include:
- Evaluation of past, existing and potential problems
- Diagnostic X-rays
- Oral cancer - soft tissue exam
- Photos, study models (if necessary)
Referrals
Please refer us to your friends, family, and acquaintances.
We are always more than happy to see new patients.
Staff
Appointments
It is necessary that we work by appointments. In the interest of conserving your time, we will try to complete treatment in as few visits as possible and make every effort to remain on schedule. To assist us with this, we ask that when necessary to
reschedule, you please give us at least 24 hours notice.
Emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delays in our schedule. We hope to have your understanding and patience when this does happen
