Insurance:We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. As a courtesy to you, we accept dental insurance assignment from many insurance carriers. Dental insurance can help reduce your out-of-pocket expense.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the Insurance Company.

Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Your employer has selected the level of coverage based on the premium paid.

Although we can often estimate what your coverage will be, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of our estimates because of the overwhelming number of insurance plans and changes in coverage that are continually occurring.

The patient is ultimately responsible for any balance remaining after insurance benefits have been received.
