We make every effort to keep your cost of care affordable, while providing the highest quality dental services.  We feel it is very important that all patients know what dental work is recommended and the cost of that dental work before treatment is started.  Our business office staff will review the cost of treatment and help you decide upon the best financial arrangements for you. 

We offer a number of alternate payment methods for our dental services:

• A 5% courtesy for payment in full at the time of treatment
• Interest Free Financing and Flexible Payment Options:

With credit approval, we offer interest-free financing of dental treatment for up to 1 year depending on the amount financed.  We offer Care Credit and the Dental Fee Plan.

Insurance:      We are committed to providing you with the best possible care.  As a courtesy to you, we accept dental insurance assignment from many insurance carriers.  Dental insurance can help reduce your out-of-pocket expense. 

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the Insurance Company.

Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts.  Your employer has selected the level of coverage based on the premium paid. 

Although we can often estimate what your coverage will be, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of our estimates because of the overwhelming number of insurance plans and changes in coverage that are continually occurring. 

The patient is ultimately responsible for any balance remaining after insurance benefits have been received.
